The shortfall of three observers on Friday forestalled Abba Yusuf of the New Nigeria People groups Party (NNPP) from opening his guard at the Kano State Political race Appeal Council.
The APC is testing INEC for pronouncing the NNPP up-and-comer champ of the political decision that was led on Walk 18.
Respondents regarding this situation before the court incorporate INEC, Yusuf and the NNPP.
At the point when the appeal was called, Advice to Yusuf, Mr Eyitayo Fatigun SAN, let the court know that the three observers they had welcomed were missing.
